Notre histoire

Glazara creates handcrafted porcelain vessels for moments of pause.

We believe objects are not passive. They shape rhythm, attention, and the way life is felt. Rooted in Chinese ceramic traditions and elemental philosophy, Glazara reimagines porcelain as a living medium—one that holds heat, time, and intention.

Our work begins where tradition meets daily life. Tea, matcha, coffee, and quiet rituals are not ceremonies set apart, but moments where the body slows and the senses return. Each Glazara piece is designed for daily use—meant to be lived with, gradually understood, and integrated into modern ritual.

Founded from a desire to bridge heritage with contemporary living, Glazara collaborates with artisans from Jingdezhen, the world’s porcelain capital. For over a thousand years, this region has shaped Chinese porcelain through the meeting of earth, fire, and human ingenuity.

Within this lineage, each artist brings their own voice—through sprayed and poured glazes, hand-painted motifs, carved textures, and forms shaped by experience rather than formula. Together, we honor the patience of craft and the beauty of imperfection.

Every Glazara piece is high-fired above 1,300°C, a process that demands time and embraces uncertainty. At this temperature, porcelain achieves luminous strength and layered depth, while glaze, mineral, and kiln decide together. No two results are ever the same.

Our collections range from porcelain teaware and matcha cups to coffee vessels and shared objects, designed to complement modern tables and mindful rituals alike. These are not display pieces, but functional objects—created to support rhythm, presence, and everyday balance.

Glazara is not about collecting things. It is about collecting moments—one vessel at a time.
We do not design for excess. We design for resonance.

Functional porcelain, born from centuries of Chinese ceramic mastery and shaped by the hands of today’s makers—created to be used, returned to, and lived with over time.
