In addition, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above $100, ensuring a seamless shopping experience wherever you are.

 

🌍 Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship to North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East (AE, SA, QA), along with many other regions.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are carefully inspected and processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.

  • Shipping Time: For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs regulations. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

Please note: Delays due to weather, holidays, natural events, or carriers are beyond our control. Holidays are not counted as business days.

 

🧾 Taxes & Customs

For customers in AU, CA, FR, DE, JP, NZ, OM, QA, SA, SG, UAE, UK, and US, the shipping company we partner with already includes customs duties in the price.
If you choose a different courier, any customs costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We strive to make every experience with Glazara delightful. If you have concerns, our support team is always here to help.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellations are not possible.

  • Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return an order, a refund will be processed once products are received back in original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • Order Changes: Once submitted, orders cannot be modified (including product variations, delivery address, or payment method).
