What is your location?

We are based the millennium porcelain viilage of Jingde, where all of our products are crafted. From our location, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.

When will I get my order?

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days to craft your product(s)
Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at info@glazara.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.
Please ensure that we have the correct delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Do you have any physical stores?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents, or outlets.However, ordering our products online is very easy and safe! If you need any assistance, please contact us at info@glazara.com

I have placed my order a while ago, but haven't seen/heard anything.

Please check your email (and the spam inbox). If we find that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you.

I would like a custom design, is that possible?

Sometimes it is possible, depending on the style you want to design and the feasibility of implementing it on that style. We can only customize styles that are currently in our inventory. Please keep in mind that the price of the product may vary for custom designs.

I need it quickly because the birthday/anniversary/party is already in a few days!

If you’ve already placed the order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order and discuss with you the delivery time based on the techniques requirement.

For transport, we use priority shipping to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. You can also contact us at info@glazara.com beforehand, and we will see what we can arrange!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Creating your custom-made product takes 3-5 business days, provided you have supplied a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping Shipping times vary by location.

· For the USA, it takes 3-5 business days.

· For the QA & AE, it takes 2-4business days.

I accidentally submitted the wrong delivery address, but it's already on its way!

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.
