From the moment we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days to craft your product(s). Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at info@glazara.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status. Please ensure that we have the correct delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Where to Find Glazara Ceramics — Online Store and Global Boutique Collaborations

Glazara does not operate a standalone physical store, but our handcrafted porcelain and ceramic teaware can be found in collaboration with independent boutique stores and design concept shops across Canada, the UK, France and more in the future.

We are based the millennium porcelain capital of Jingdezhen, where all of our products are crafted. From our location, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.

Sometimes it is possible, depending on the style you want to design and the feasibility of implementing it on that style. We can only customize styles that are currently in our inventory. Please keep in mind that the price of the product may vary for custom designs. Send your design ideas to info@glazara.com to get in touch with us, and we will let you know what we can do!

Shipping

Creating your custom-made product takes 7-10 business days, provided you have supplied a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping. Shipping times vary by location.
- For North America, it takes 7-10 business days.
- For Middle East (AE/QA/SA), it takes 4-7 business days.

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.
